Module #2: Stress Fundamentals
In this module, you'll learn all about the "fight or flight response," which is how we experience stress in the human mind and body. You will learn all about what triggers the activation of the fight or flight response, as well as how to turn it off and reduce it's long-term damaging effects.
You will also learn about the subtle symptoms and signs of stress and how and why they occur and most importantly how they wreak havoc in our lives.
